The Challenge

The goal was to transform a public space at Lotte Alley into a high-end, tiered event sanctuary. We were tasked with designing a system that felt accessible to the general public while providing a progressively luxurious experience for VIP and VVIP ticket holders.

Tiered Experience: Managing the logistics and "perk delivery" for three distinct ticket classes.

Premium Retention: Ensuring VVIP guests received high-value 1:1 interaction time, justifying the premium price point.

Atmosphere: Creating a "mini-concert" vibe within a retail environment through professional stage management.

Exclusivity in Every Detail

To differentiate the tiers, we curated a suite of physical assets that served as "status symbols" for the attendees. Each piece was designed to align with ASC2NT’s Conversion era aesthetic.
